Why? Because structural design systems can greatly influence cost later in the design process. Our structural team can suggest options early and provide valuable feedback on options that may impact design and in many cases improve it.

Using the latest industry software, our structural team works closely with local municipalities and has developed strong relationships with them. The relationships they have with Dubai Municipality have allowed many of our projects to obtain approvals quickly which in turn keep project schedules moving forward.
