Nadd Al Hamar

DMF has been appointed by WASL to carry out the Detailed Master Plan and Roads and Infrastructure engineering design including Site Supervision for the 55 hectare development in Nad Al Hamar, Dubai.

Nadd Al Hamar Village is a mixed-use development with predominantly residential uses interspersed with retail facilities, some commercial offices and community facilities. The development will include a variety of apartment building types. Residential accommodation for middle income, predominantly families, is mainly provided in the form of multi-family apartments, or in units above retail facilities on the ground floor. The project as a whole is conceived as an integrated development, focusing on providing residential accommodation for between 23,000 and 26,000 people.
