Dubailand Community

DMF was appointed to develop the detailed Master Plan as well as design the Roads & Infrastructure services for the massive Dubailand community.

Dubailand Community is a mixed-use project comprising residential,retail, commercial uses and extensive public spaces and facilities. Located at a prime location within Dubailand on Al Qudrah road, south of Arabian Ranches, the residential component will be mix of villas, townhouses and low to medium-rise residential apartment buildings as well as gateway icon buildings in key positions. Mixeduse structures are proposed adjacent to a linking spine road. The entire development is focused on delivering an urban environment. In addition, DMF completed the design of all utility engineering in accordance with the requirements of the local authorities.
