Bab Albahr

DMF was appointed to undertake the Roads Design at Bab Al Bahr, Ras Al Khaimah.  The man-made coral-shaped island is built to extend four kilometers into the Arabian Gulf. DMF was challenged to develop a design suited for reclaimed land that would meet strict  development guidelines.

The Rixos Hotel Bab Al Bahr is a self-contained community, presenting residents and visitors with leisure facilities including a nearby golf-course, exotic gardens, beach parks, a la carte dining options and beach activities.
