Al Hamra Village Phase III
DMF was appointed by RAK to provide Roads and Infrastructure Design & Supervision Services for phase III of this project.
Al Hamra Village is a sea-side premium real estate and tourism project and is the first freehold development to be built in the city of Ras Al Khaimah.
The project value is AED 1 billion. The resort and residential development, will consist of more than 1,350 residential units, a marina, 3 hotels, an 18-hole golf course, a shopping mall, a 5 kilometer jogging track, and yachting and golf clubs.
