Our master planning team is comprised of planners, architects, and engineers to provide the best outcome in an iterative process.  A master plan is a result of many components and influences.

The design process must involve all stakeholders from architects and planners, to a variety of engineering specialties.  Our team works closely with our client’s consultants from financiers, bankers, and process consultants to achieve not only an aesthetic plan but also one that also meets financial and operational targets.  Having access to a diversified team enables DMF to deliver an environment that works on multiple levels.

We understand the approval processes and deliverables required in order to get our work approved from the many government agencies that must approve a master plan, from municipality offices and police operations to telecommunication and utility providers.  The relationships we have fostered over the years  with these agencies and offices enables DMF to maintain schedule and budget targets.
