DMF was appointed by LACASA / SHAMAYEL to undertake the Roads & Infrastructure engineering services for the Master Plan with a project area of 160.5Ha in North Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The Mayasem development is a residential mixed-use project comprising residential, commercial offices, resort hotel, retail, and family community facilities. The objective of the roads and infrastructure is to examine the infrastructure needs for the planned development with the objective of providing sufficient capacity on the infrastructure network and evaluate the estimated demand of the development infrastructure. In order to support the development, it is essential to provide the appropriate roads and infrastructure for a comfortable, convenient and high-quality lifestyle.
