Al Layan 1 Industrial Area

DMF has been appointed by DREC/WASL to carry out the detailed design and tender documents for the roads and infrastructure works. Included in the scope is to obtain all local authority approvals for the bulk earthworks and roads & infrastructure works.
The project area is located southern side to the existing Emirates road. Dubai Industrial City is located on the Northern side of project across Emirates Road. Jebel Ali Al Makthoom International Airport is just 3 km away from the site. The goal is to examine the infrastructure needs for the planned development with the objective of providing sufficient capacity on the infrastructure network side and evaluate the estimated demand of the development infrastructure. In order to support the development, it is essential to provide the appropriate infrastructure network as per Local Authorities requirement and standard.
The total land area is approximately 950 ha and the intended land uses are Showrooms, Industrial and Labour Accommodation, commercial offices, and retails facilities including other supporting community facilities.
